The experience we had with Justin Smith was absolutely amazing, he cared and wanted to get my son the best deal ever, and Shannon the financial advisor, she was so extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help out. My only negative feedback is for all the years I’ve dealt with Harris , and I’ve bought a lot of vehicles. The sales manager Jason showed very little empathy or the wanting to make a deal. More concerned about getting out at a certain time. The previous manager had offered a deal in which Jadon refused to look at and used a term well you can come back and I’ll buy you a pizza every 2 weeks? So very disrespectful and honestly if it had been me buying to car I would have walked out. And at the end my son purchased his Jeep Compass Trailhawk and everyone shook his hand but not the manager again something that had never happened with all my experience with Harris. I would suggest maybe some appropriate training for him with dealing and respecting customers. Thank you for those that made this a pleasant experience for my son Lorri Whittaker
