Huge thanks to the Service Department at Wille.  I had driven back to Victoria for the Holidays while working out of province.  During the drive my Jeep engine started having performance issues and threw a couple codes. I was pretty worried about driving it back to work after the Holidays, so upon arrival in Victoria, I immediately went to the Service Dept at Wille. They were able to accommodate the narrow window of time I was in Victoria and quickly/accurately diagnose the problem.  While it wasn't exactly cheap, the service absolutely corrected the problem, the work is warrantied, and they got it all done one day early from what was initially quoted (in time to drive back out of province).  They really bailed me out of a tough spot.  I was going to have to buy plane tickets back to work, then come back for the jeep at a later date.  Very much appreciate the Service Dept for making my vehicle troubles a priority on a tight timeline.  👍

I want to give a shout-out to Moose in the service department. There’s another Dodge dealership closer to me and I even went there once for quick help—but the customer service didn’t come close. I drove into town specifically because my experiences here have always been solid, and that’s because of Moose. Even today, I was able to talk through what I needed, get it handled, and be back out within 30 minutes. Service people don’t always get the recognition they deserve, but Moose absolutely does.
