I want to give a shout-out to Moose in the service department. There’s another Dodge dealership closer to me and I even went there once for quick help—but the customer service didn’t come close. I drove into town specifically because my experiences here have always been solid, and that’s because of Moose. Even today, I was able to talk through what I needed, get it handled, and be back out within 30 minutes. Service people don’t always get the recognition they deserve, but Moose absolutely does. The experience we had with Justin Smith was absolutely amazing, he cared and wanted to get my son the best deal ever, and Shannon the financial advisor, she was so extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help out. My only negative feedback is for all the years I’ve dealt with Harris , and I’ve bought a lot of vehicles. The sales manager Jason showed very little empathy or the wanting to make a deal. More concerned about getting out at a certain time. The previous manager had offered a deal in which Jadon refused to look at and used a term well you can come back and I’ll buy you a pizza every 2 weeks? So very disrespectful and honestly if it had been me buying to car I would have walked out. And at the end my son purchased his Jeep Compass Trailhawk and everyone shook his hand but not the manager again something that had never happened with all my experience with Harris.
